This may sound a little unusual but I guarantee it is delicious!
2 slices sourdough bread (I like Summer Kitchen Sprouted Rye Sourdough)
1 tbsp Seed Mix with dried cranberries
2 rashers bacon
1 – 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Cook the bacon rashers until crispy.
Toast the sourdough and spread each slice with almond butter.
Slice the banana and spread over the almond butter. Place one rasher on each slice of toast, sprinkle with seed mix and drizzle with maple syrup.
This is a great weekend breakfast when you have time to prepare and savour the experience!
